Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist in preparing construction drawings
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare quantity calculation sheets
- Support the preparation of construction documents (construction plans, site organization documents, etc.)
- Assist in preparing design drawings
- Conduct engineering analysis and technical studies (e.g., thermal stress analysis, slope stability analysis)
- Create BIM/CIM models
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (JLPT N3 or above)
- Experience:
- At least 1+ years of experience for Junior level
- At least 3+ years of experience for the Senior level
- Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
- Interested in building a long-term career with a Japanese company
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience working for a Japanese construction/civil engineering company is highly preferred
- Eager to study Japanese
