Job Requirement
<Requirements> ・Education: Vocational school graduate or above ・Language: Intermediate-level English or Japanese ・Experience: - At least 2 years of practical experience in architectural construction management or as a site supervisor for building projects such as factories and warehouses - Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating construction schedules across different trades - Ability and willingness to travel to and work at construction sites in Northern Vietnam, particularly Hai Duong <Preferred Qualifications> ・Experience working for a Japanese general contractor or Japanese construction company ・Experience with building projects such as factories, logistics facilities, or commercial facilities ・Knowledge of Vietnamese construction regulations and safety management ・Experience working with foreign managers ・Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or safety management <必須要件> ・学歴： 専門学校卒以上 ・語学： 英語（中級レベル）or 日本語（中級レベル） ・経験： ・工場・倉庫など建築プロジェクトの建築施工管理または現場監督として2年以上の実務経験 ・協力会社（サブコン）の管理や各工種との工程調整経験 ・ベトナム北部エリア（主にハイズン）の現場への訪問・移動・出張が可能な方 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・日系ゼネコンまたは日系建設会社での勤務経験 ・工場・物流施設・商業施設などの建築プロジェクト経験 ・ベトナムの建設法規・安全管理に関する知識 ・外国人マネージャーとの業務経験 ・施工管理技士や安全管理に関する資格をお持ちの方
