<Job Responsibilities>
・ Internal HR and general affairs management, support internal IT team
・Deal with office license related to store management, etc.
(Understand new regulations and rules and consider proposals for countermeasures.)
・Manage documentation process with team member
・Manage the process of obtaining a visa, Work permit for foreign staff
・Lead hiring process including store part-time staff
・Other task ask by General Manager
Job Requirement

・Education: Bachelor
・Gender: Any
・Age: from 30s-
・Language: English Business level
・Experienced in GAHR and accounting task in manager positions.
・Experience in working with government to apply some documents
・Good understand retail business
<Preferable skill>
・Having Japanese skill is big plus
