Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Monitor import orders and related documents until goods arrival, and comply with delivery deadlines based on confirmed purchase orders. - Scrutinize documents issued by suppliers and verify their accuracy. Contact suppliers as necessary to request corrections. - Track all import cargo using department-prescribed formats. Ensure that forms and import cargo information are kept up-to-date in the system for shared use across the entire department. - Monitor the payment status of customs clearance fees related to customs declarations opened by suppliers in both countries. - Perform other assigned related tasks. - Plan and coordinate the transfer of machinery and equipment from the current factory to the new factory as part of the EPE program. - Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Production, Engineering) and external parties (customs brokers, logistics providers) to ensure smooth equipment relocation. - Prepare and manage all documentation required for the international import and export of capital goods and machinery.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: University graduate. - Language: Business level in Japanese (N2) and English. - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in import-export operations. - Knowledge related to EPE. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - CDD has good language skills - Has working experience in Japanese EPE companies
