Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Climate Change and Energy Reduction: Support supplier CO2 reduction activities to achieve the company's target, including data collection, reduction plan review, energy assessments, coal phase-out, biomass initiatives, and renewable energy initiatives. 2. Factory Environmental Performance: Support implementation of environmental management such as Higg FEM, FDM, FREA to suppliers to ensure the company's minimum requirements and improve factory performance 3. Chemical and Wastewater Management: Support implementation of the company's chemical management requirements, chemical input, restricted substances requirements, wastewater testing, and corrective actions. 4. Water Resource Management and Community Projects: Support water-related activities such as factory water reduction, local water projects in the Mekong Delta, and water stewardship activities. 5. Waste and Circularity Projects: Support supply chain waste management projects, including factory waste data collection, waste disposal method tracking, recycling improvement, and textile waste recycling opportunities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Educational Background: University/ College degree, environmental-related major (such as Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management,...) - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: + From 1 to 3 years of experience in an Environmental Management position + Able to suggest solutions spontaneously and work independently to support the senior + Able to summarize complex situations/data into easily understandable materials - Passion for challenge and making a difference - Sympathize with Group Corporate Philosophy - Willing to have business trips to visit factories (Vietnam: 1-2 times per month, Overseas: 2-3 times per year) - Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking - Proficiency in computer skills MS Office) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in apparel/ textile manufacturing industry is highly preferred
