Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Electrical Installation Work (Factory) - Perform electrical installation work in factory facilities (wiring, cable laying, cable routing, panel installation, etc.) - Install, connect, and adjust electrical equipment and systems - Support equipment setup, relocation, and modification work - Site Supervision & Coordination - Lead and instruct subcontractors for electrical work - Coordinate daily work schedules and manpower allocation on-site - Work closely with factory teams to align installation plans and progress - Electrical Construction Management - Monitor and control safety, work quality, and schedule for electrical installation - Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations - Conduct on-site checks and inspections - Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support - Identify and resolve electrical issues on site - Support testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities - Make immediate adjustments based on actual site conditions
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25 - 30 years old ・Language: English Intermediate Level (For Internal and Customer use) ・Experience: - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in on-site construction work in the construction industry, especially in electrical installation - Experience working on factory construction/installation projects - Practical experience in electrical equipment installation, wiring, and cable laying - Willingness to work on-site and travel as required <Preferred Skills / Experience > ・Possession of a certificate issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction (So Xay Dung Thanh Pho Ho Chi Minh) in Electrical / Air Conditioning / Plumbing (Water Supply & Drainage), etc. ・Experience in leading and instructing subcontractors and coordinating on-site work ・Experience in safety management and schedule (progress) control
