Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Lead Electrical Design Activities - Manage the design and installation of electrical components and sensors for forklifts. - Guide the development of electrical circuits and wiring harnesses. - Review and approve 3D CAD models and drawings. 2. Understand Customer Needs - Work with customers and internal teams to define technical requirements. - Choose suitable electrical components and sensors based on performance and cost. 3. Team Management - Lead and support a team of electrical engineers. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality and deadlines are met. - Share knowledge and help team members improve their skills. 4. Problem Solving - Identify and fix design issues during development and testing. - Improve design processes and product reliability. 5. Communication - Communicate clearly in Japanese or English with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (N3 level up) or English - Intermediate Level ・Experience: - Experience in electrical circuit design and relay logic. - Skilled in designing wiring harnesses and using 3D CAD (preferably Siemens NX). - Knowledge of environmental design factors (vibration, waterproofing, temperature, noise). - Familiar with Altium, MATLAB, and Simulink. <Preferable Skill / Experience> Strong leadership and communication skills.
