Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation> To supervise and manage construction site activities for industrial and factory projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines while coordinating with subcontractors. <Job Responsibilities> - Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirements in terms of specification and quality - Coordinate, direct, and monitor the activities of sub-contractors - Control the safety, schedule, quality, cost and instruct Subcontractors - Make shop drawings using AutoCAD - Follow renovation projects - Follow Maintenance works - Other related tasks are assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Language: English - Intermediate Level; can read and understand technical documents written in English - Experience: At least 5 years of experience at a construction site (preferably industrial construction projects) - Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Having worked in Industrial project is advantage - Having worked in Japanese company is advantage
