<Job Description> This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from supplier and customer relations to quality control, building on your existing quality control experience. In this position, you will serve as a bridge between the manufacturing site and customers, with a focus on supplier quality. Specifically: - Promoting quality control and improvement at supplier factories - Monitoring production status and managing progress on delivery schedules and quality - Analyzing causes of defects and guiding corrective actions - Responding to technical inquiries from customers (e.g., explaining specifications and quality standards) - Conducting regular factory visits (primarily in the Hanoi and Bac Ninh areas) - On-site support for improvement efforts during incidents (you may be required to work at the supplier’s factory for approximately one week) *This role involves significant coordination with both internal and external parties (customers and suppliers), so strong communication skills are essential.
