Job Description
<Job responsibilities> As a CAD operator, you will be responsible for creating drawings for seismic isolation and vibration control devices, as well as related civil engineering structures. Specifically: ・Create drawings based on discussions with sales representatives and design engineers ・Drafting, modifying, and updating drawings using CAD software ・Verifying specifications and design requirements ・Supporting project progress through collaboration with internal team members ・Acquiring product and design knowledge (in-house training provided) * Even if candidates do not possess advanced specialized knowledge upon joining, the company can provide an environment where candidates can deepen their understanding of the work through in-house training on products and design. * In the future, career advancement to design engineer or sales roles is possible depending on the employees aspirations and aptitude.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field ・Gender: Male prefer ・Age: 22-26 years old ・Language: English Conversational Level ・Experience: At least 1 year of drafting experience using CAD *Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (if they have experience using CAD during studying phase) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese language skills ・Experience in the civil engineering or construction industry ・Knowledge or experience with similar products, such as structural components or industrial materials
