Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Pharmaceutical products, OTC medicines, and healthcare products purchasing and product selection - Building and managing relationships with pharmaceutical distributors and wholesalers in Vietnam - Collecting information on new products, conducting market research, and selecting products to handle - Negotiating prices, purchase conditions, and payment terms with distributors - Placing orders, managing delivery schedules, and confirming arrival status - Adjusting order quantities and product composition based on sales performance, sales results, and inventory status - Managing inventory considering risks of excess inventory, stockouts, and expiration dates - Confirming medicine quality, storage conditions, expiration dates, lot numbers, etc. - Ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations and internal standards for medicine/product registration, distribution, and sales - Collecting and managing product information, price information, and promotion information from distributors - Collecting product demand and customer needs from stores and sales departments, reflecting them in procurement - Analyzing sales data to identify best-selling and underperforming products, and improving product composition - Conducting regular store visits (approximately 1-2 times per week) for display arrangements - Actively participating in preparation work for new store openings - Supporting documentation related to products and medicines for store openings
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree related to Pharmacist - Language Communication level in English - At least 3 years of work experience in the retail industry as a buyer - Having a Pharmacist License <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Retail buyer experience in a Japanese or foreign company - Male candidates are welcome
