Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes using MISA accounting software. - Handle tax filings and respond to audits. - Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and report to management. - Calculate factory costs, manage budgets, and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. - Manage the Accounting Team. - Report to and coordinate with the Japanese headquarters. - Lead initiatives to strengthen internal controls and stabilize finance operations during the company's growth phase. - Coordinate with external accounting consultants, who are planned to be introduced as collaboration with the Japan side expands.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's degree. ・Language: Japanese or English. Business level (Japanese preferred, English acceptable). ・Experience: - Over 5 years of accounting experience at a company with a factory - At least 3 years of practical experience as a Head of Accounting - Accounting experience at a foreign company ・Hard Skills: Chief Accountant Certificate required; Familiarity with MISA accounting software. ・Soft Skills: Leadership and team management skills; Strong analytical and reporting skills; Coordination and communication skills for reporting to headquarters. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Work experience at a foreign-affiliated company (including Japanese companies). - At least 3 years of practical experience as a Head of Accounting. - Experience working at a company that owns a factory (factory size is not a factor).
