Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Make a delivery plan for customers. - Control POs from customers and closely work with the customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements. - Handle precursor declaration and chemical declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any) - Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers. - Control & manage NG & replace to customers - Be responsible for placing POs to suppliers; follow up and control this category of materials to meet the timing and reliability of the company. - Based on Purchase Requisition or forecasts from the Sales team, purchase materials per the purchasing procedure and the company's policies. - Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly. - Other related jobs will be adjusted and assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: University graduate with a related major such as: Logistics, International Business, or Business Administration - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: Having 1 - 2 years of experience in import-export, purchasing, and logistics, particularly in the Plastics or Chemical fields - Hard-working, responsible, and reliable person - Ability to work under high pressure and work overtime - Computer skills (MS Office, Internet) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - SAP knowledge is an advantage.
