<Job Responsibilities>
Client is looking for Software Engineers/Senior Software Engineers in the Customer Adoption team to enhance the existing and or create new conversational channels for the Enterprises.
● In close contact with the customer to understand the problem and develop the fix.
● Troubleshoot and fix the bugs as reported by customers and QA in the current deployment.
● Work with Business Analysts/ Delivery Managers to build or enhance the BOT.
● Development of internal tools/scripts for automation of various tasks.
● Sharing customer feedback to the product team.
● Escalation of bugs to the development and Product team.
● Mentor/Train new team members.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
● Experience: 1-3 years.
● Graduates in Computer Science/IT with high knowledge of basic programming.
● Strong experience in programming of at least 1 year .Python, JavaScript, Java + node-based programming perfect match.
● Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
● Flexible for shifts.
