Job Description
- Manage and control company ERP operations, includes business application software and ERP hardware. - Responsible for day-to-day operations, fixes, troubleshooting, as well as supporting reporting services and other applications needed. - Manage potential issues and opportunities through daily contact with users and process owners. - Provide first-line support to businesses. Work on Change request and issues. - Work with Global support to identify and implement improvements. - Deliver support and enhancements. - Ownership of solution delivery, including appropriate of documentation. - Work closely with SAP Global Team and other IT resources, including consultant and support team. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Diploma's degree of computer science or relevant field. ・2 years of experience as IT SAP Application Officer ・Knowledge of SAP (EWM, FI, SD, MM, PP). ・Willing to have Business Trip in the future.
