◆Negotiate with labor union
◆Creation of work shifts for employees, time and attendance management, overtime management
◆Acquisition and management of Japanese work visa
◆Management of expiration date of business permission
◆Facility repair of service apartments, maintenance management, legal inspection and management of facilities
◆Management of deadline for submission of financial statement, general ledger
◆Management of hiring, personnel interview, guidance, payroll calculation and etc.
Requirements
◆Has knowledge of labor
◆Ability to negotiate with labor union
◆Ability to speak Japanese conversational level
◆Has experience in HRGA field for more than 10 years
◆Has experience guiding and training staff in HRGA field
◆A person who thinks by oneself and can work
◆A person who has worked for more than 5 years at same company
