・Input purchasing order data to intranet system
・Analysis of warehouse transition data and sales amount accurately
・Reporting to Japanese immediate boss and the Japanese person in factory in Japan
・Window person for requirement from factory in Japan
・Translate some internal document from Japanese to English and Bahasa Indonesia
・Supporting Japanese business traveler [Arrangement of accommodation, schedule adjustment]
※In addition to the above, there are some possibility to work for other tasks
Requirements
・Ability to speak English and Japanese business level or N2
・Ability to make report document with detail number and graph by Excel
・Working experience in sales support with Japanese language support in Japanese manufacture company
・Detail oriented
