Job Description
Responsibilities
・Translating production documents (Indonesia/Inggris - Japanese, vice versa), such as drawing, PO, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report, Production Schedule
・Providing supervision to Engineers (including junior Japanese engineer) in production areas, being the communication bridge
・Assisting in morning meeting or briefing (being interpreter)
・Do follow-up with the Japanese technician
Requirements
・Min. graduated from High School/Diploma, majoring in Engineering
・Max. age is 35 years old
・Min. 2 years of working experiences in related field (manufacture/production industry)
・Good command in Japanese language (Business Level)
・Good in communication and inter-personal skill
・Ability to manage time and people (will be assisting Engineer Supervisor managing junior Japanese engineers)
・Ability to read the engineer-drawing
・Ability to use Microsoft Office, Visio
Desirable Experiences
・Has working/study experience in Japan (such as IMM program, student exchange, short course)
Desirable Character
・Responsible and dicipline person
・Reliable
