Job Description
[Responsibilities]
- Handle customer claim/complains about the quality of the product
- Establish and maintain the relationships with customers Quality and other departments
- Keep continuous quality improvement and reporting based on ISO/TS16949
- Solving production problem to make continually improvement.
- Quality Analyze and project coordinator.
- Investigate issue related to product quality
- As ISO representative for Quality Control Department
- Take control internal quality audit
[Requirements]
- Has minimum 5 years working experience as Quality Assurance (Assistant Manager or Manager)
- Minimal Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering
- Good communication in English (Japanese Speaker is advantage)
- Willing to work in Cilegon
[Desirable Experiences]
- Has experience in Automotive Industry
- Good knowledge in Quality Assurance, ISO TS 16949, and Customer Claim
[Desirable Character]
- Pay attention to detail and hard worker
- Good leadership
