(AC, Electronic, leak in the roof etc) ◆Making plan of Periodic inspection to prevent trouble in advance ◆Communicate with vendor to repair the facility ◆Handle claim from tenant ◆Management subordinate include other division ◆Other related tasks as assigned

◆Business level English ◆More than 10 years experience of Facility management at Factory ◆Have experience management subordinates and planning ◆Having strong knowledge of Building repair and maintain ◆Strong management skill
