a. Support front desk of processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests, process all payments with accounting department, according to established hotel requirements, and provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
b. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guest concerns.
c. Handling guest satisfaction of the hotel facilities
[Skill and Experience]
・Minimum conversational level of English
・Proper appearance as a host
・Having interesting in service industry especially hotel industry
[Remuneration]
- Monthly Basic Salary(Net) : 5juta - Max17 juta (Depends on skills)
