- Responsible for general administration and clerical support
- Manage the process of creating Purchase Orders and engaging in negotiations with vendors
- Handle company assets, such as procurement of goods and company operational facilities
- Manage the process of application form handling and ensuring compliance with established protocols and regulations
- Interpreting/Translating
- Interpret between Indonesian and Japanese languages
- Provide interpretation services during meetings, discussions, and negotiations to ensure clear and precise communication
Job Requirement
- Min. education level: Diploma degree
- Has JLPT N2 certification or above
- Experienced in providing interpretation services in the past for a minimum of one year
- Has experience in general administrative and clerical support for a minimum of one year
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
