• Handling HR in 3 Plants (Head office, Bekasi & Karawang)
• Handling Function (Talent Management, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relationship)
• Reporting to Top management (Indonesia and overseas)
• Coordinate all HR activity : Payroll, HR-Recruitment, Labor Union, Legal Matter
• Handle 2 HR Manager under him and report directly to GM HR
• Liaise with Indonesian government related to operational
[Skill and Experience]
• Have at least 5 years of experience in senior/department manager (preferably as generalist)
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Mastering all HR area
[Remuneration]
- Monthly basic salary
- Meal and Transport allowance
