Job Description
- Lead and manage the Operations Team
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency (IT systems, new procedures, service quality)
- Develop and train team members
- Oversee daily operations
- Customer relationship management
- Monitoring and supervising operational workflow
- Troubleshooting and improving operational processes
- Preparing documentation for process improvements
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Handle monthly reporting for AR & AP
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Minimum 5 years of working experience in the logistics/forwarding industry
・Business-level English (capable of handling correspondence)
・Knowledge of customs clearance and export-import regulations
