Job Description
- Lead and manage all export-import (EXIM) related operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies. - Coordinate and oversee all customs clearance activities, including documentation, handling of LARTAS (Barang Larangan dan/atau Pembatasan), and liaising with relevant government authorities. - Manage and optimize the use of KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) facilities, ensuring full regulatory compliance and maximizing cost-saving opportunities. - Ensure accurate and timely input and tracking of EXIM transactions within the ERP Inventory system - Create reports on all EXIM operations
Job Requirement
・Minimum 3 years of EXIM Experience, preferably from related industries ・Strong understanding and experience in using KITE facilities ・Experience in handling custom clearence activity or Lartas for EXIM related operation ・Experience in using ERP Inventory system, preferably using Sage 300 ・Conversational level of English, preferably able to speak Japanese
