Job Description
- Managed order management process starting from order forecast, order receipt and process delivery
-Prepare and maintain monthly inventory reports.
-Analyze stock levels to support production and delivery planning.
-Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
-Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
-Monitor and analyze sales data to identify patterns and support business decisions.
-Provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory planning.
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from industrial management or any related major from reputable university
・Min 1 year of experience in supply chain in manufacture
・Advanced skill in excel and ppt
・Familiar with SAP and Tableau
・Proven experience in order management, supply chain, or related field.
・Strong analytical and organizational skills.
・Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
