Job Description
-Coordinate daily communications and follow-ups with China-based OEM partners.
-Monitor and manage order processing, shipment schedules, and inventory levels.
-Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to OEM operations.
-Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
-Assist in the onboarding of new OEM projects, including documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, procurement, logistics) to ensure project milestones are met.
-Track progress of new initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
-Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and execution strategies.
-Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to OEM activities.
-Support contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and filing agreements.
-Handle data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
-Coordinate travel, meetings, and other logistics for internal teams and OEM partners as needed.
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Have min Diploma or Bachelor's degree from Economics or related major
・Min 2 years of experience as sales for Chinese OEM Automotive companies in Indonesia
・Conversational level of English proficiency
・Strong team player with attention to detail
