<Job Responsibilities> - Build and maintain customer base - Tend to inquiries from customers and guests - Create and do presentations - Respond questions about product information and other related information - Coordinate and demonstrate virtual tour for guests - Make sure relevant documents for administrations are completed - Review details of contracts - Coordinate to minimize cancellations - Do problem solving to overcome challenges - Maximize sales by developing strategy - Create report - Provide a satisfying service to guests/customers - Attend meetings, training sessions, appointments - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Vocational/High School Diploma ・Business English and Mandarin proficiency ・4 year of Sales with experience in any industry ・1 year of working experience in timeshare/hotel ・Willing to work on weekend and holidays as required ・Good communication skill, customer oriented, good interpersonal skill
