Job Description
- Assist in order processing and the creation of proposal documents - Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design team) and external vendors - Support the preparation of client-facing documents, primarily quotations and sales-related materials - Act as Quantity Surveyor (QS) for vendor price control and cost checking - Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team - Assist with stock opname (inventory checking) and basic coordination with the warehouse team - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture - High conversational English or above - At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Administration in Construction, Interior Design, or Building Materials Trading industries - Able to read and understand construction layouts/drawings - Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced level Excel
