Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and manage purchasing budgets based on company requirements.
- Review and confirm internal purchase requests and ensure stock availability.
- Research the market and conduct supplier surveys to identify reliable and quality vendors.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, including pricing, quantity, delivery timelines, payment terms, and warranty conditions.
- Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs); follow up on delivery and logistics.
- Receive and inspect delivered goods, and report damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all purchasing transactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and key partners.
- Resolve procurement-related issues such as delays, mistakes, or disputes.
- Monitor market trends and changes in regulations related to purchasing.
- Identify opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s Degree
- High conversational Mandarin and conversational English proficiency
- Minimum 1 year of experience as purchasing/procurement in any industry
- Proficiency in the use of office software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to multitask under pressure
- Willing to work in East Java
