Job Requirement

- Bachelor ( IT Major)
- Has experience minimum 2 Years as IT Helpdesk/ Infra Engineer
- IT Helpdesk / Tier1 Device maintenance of Office equipment (PC, Projector, Printer, mobile phone etc) 
- PC troubleshoot 
- O365's troubleshoot
- Network/Server Design, Implementation, Operation * Big plus 
- Cloud Service (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) * Big plus

- Sarjana (Jurusan Teknik Informatika)
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 Tahun sebagai IT Helpdesk / Infra Engineer
- IT Helpdesk / Tier1 Pemeliharaan perangkat peralatan kantor (PC, Proyektor, Printer, ponsel, dll) 
- Pemecahan masalah PC 
- Pemecahan masalah O365
- Desain, Implementasi, Pengoperasian Jaringan/Server * Nilai tambah yang besar
