Job Description
- Analyze customers’ pain points and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions using ERP systems or alternative workarounds - Control project scope by balancing customer needs with constraints related to quality, cost, and schedule - Provide functional expertise in ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, upgrades, and maintenance - Create system designs and testing scenarios, and support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Collaborate with sales and technical teams during pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, demo creation, and leading client meetings - Deliver proposal presentations and system demonstrations to potential clients - Establish and maintain system support processes post-Go-Live to ensure stability and continued customer satisfaction - Design information systems by gathering customer requirements and coordinating with internal and external IT specialists (including partners) - Prepare detailed system design documents for developers to execute coding without discrepancies - Validate test results to ensure all customer requirements are met - Complete system development processes while ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to project deadlines - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Computing, or a related field - Business-level English - Experience leading at least 2 ERP (Dynamics365 Business Central / Finance Operations, specifically in Warehouse, Planning, and Production modules) system introduction projects with a project value exceeding IDR 1,000,000,000 (excluding software and hardware costs) - Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle - Strong skills in requirement definition, solution design, test planning, analysis and system design, business process design demonstrations, advanced project and business documentation, and effective presentation skills
