Job Description
- Analyze clients' existing systems and business models to provide appropriate solutions using ERP systems or alternative workarounds - Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical system specifications - Prepare project feasibility studies, cost estimates, and schedule reports - Deliver system demonstrations and presentations to clients - Provide technical expertise in ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, bug fixing, upgrades, and system maintenance - Oversee the implementation of new systems, ensuring quality and successful data migration - Develop, supervise, and document comprehensive testing schedules and scenarios - Provide user training and develop user manuals for new systems - Ensure timely and high-quality system development, meeting productivity standards and project deadlines - Manage application software and infrastructure within the assigned domain - Perform root cause analysis to resolve system or application issues - Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications and related testing/delivery tools - Develop and manage internal procedures, tools, and documentation to maintain high application integrity and availability, and to ensure effective support - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Computing, or a related field - Business-level English - Experience leading at least 5 ERP (Dynamics365 Business Central / Finance Operations) system implementation projects with a value exceeding IDR 1,000,000,000 (excluding software and hardware costs) - Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP Technical Consultant - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / D365 BC development and implementation - Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, IIS, C#
