Job Description
- Have a minimum of JLPT N3
- Have a minimum of 2 year experiences in related field
- have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to speak good English is an advantage
- Willing to be domiciled in Karawang area
- Responsible for translation works including as a bridge between Japanese and local staff, such in in management meeting, all department meeting, email SOP, instruction, various documents, etc.
- Responsible for all HR staff works
- Handle the reservation based on request from Expatriate staff or Guest
- Handling the overtime calculation and others cost such as Gasoline, tol and park.
- Handling all cost for meal and transport allowance, catering plan.
- Controlling and checking all the company necessity like Kitchen, stationery.
- Handling the recruitment process from beginning until candidate joining
