<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage human resources and general affairs function in company
- Develops and implements compensation strategies and structure that align with company goals and ensured the provision of cost effective benefits plan
- Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of performance management system
- Provide general supporting activities such as office inventory, company legal documents, permits, office regulations and cleanliness
- Formulate and recommends human resources policies and practices that will establish positive employer relationship
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Female around 40 - 47 years old
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable university
・Have a minimum of 10 years of working experiences in HRGA area and 5 years as HRGA Manager in related field
・Having knowledge in HR Policies and Procedures, recruitment, people development & training, C&B and other HR duties including KPI, performance evaluation, appreciation, punishment & rewards
・Having knowledge of GA including company license, expat documentations, reservations, shareholders, rules and other GA duties
・Have knowledge and experiences in implementing an integrated management system for the HRGA scope based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 450001 standards
・Have knowledge and understanding in performance management
・Mastering empower regulations
・Honest, and having excellent interpersonal and communication skills
・have good analytical thinking and problem solver orientation
・Business level in English
・Having IT knowledge is an advantage
・Willing to work in Jakarta
