Job Description
- initiate short and long term HR planning strategies
- Designing of prospective employees: Training and development needs
- Have the skills to manage team works, Matrix skills/competence
- Recruitment system to support all HR activities
- Understand and analyze Labor Laws, work procedure, payroll, etc
- Familiar with Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Monthly reporting & budgeting in English
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min 5 years of experience in managerial position
・Experience in building people
・Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Law
・Hold certification in Certified Human Resource Professional
・Good communication in English and Bahasa
