Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- To support Organization's Management in developing HRGA systems, recruitment planning, remuneration systems, employee engagement and performance evaluations

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for managing the compensation system, benefits, and facilities, to ensure that the system established by the company is competitive, in line with industry practices, according to the company’s financial capabilities and performance.
- Understand and update employment information if there are changes in rules and policies.
- Responsible for conducting coaching & counseling for employees in need, in order to achieve the expected work performance, in accordance with the needs of coaching & counseling techniques.
- Responsible for developing, evaluating, and developing employee competency systems to achieve the target level of employee competency levels.
- Responsible for socializing company policies to employees.
- Review and revise HR policies and SOPs, so that they can be applied appropriately, in accordance with changes or applicable regulations.
- Improve and supervise the corporate culture to match the values and vision and mission set by the company.
- Maintain good relations and resolve any existing problems so that a harmonious relationship occurs.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the organizational structure in accordance with the needs of the company, by carrying out the process of recruiting and placing competent employees.

- Untuk mendukung Manajemen Organisasi dalam mengembangkan sistem HRGA, perencanaan rekrutmen, sistem remunerasi, keterlibatan karyawan dan evaluasi kinerja

<Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola sistem kompensasi, tunjangan, dan fasilitas, untuk memastikan bahwa sistem yang ditetapkan perusahaan kompetitif, sejalan dengan praktik industri, sesuai dengan kemampuan keuangan dan kinerja perusahaan.
- Memahami dan memperbaharui informasi ketenagakerjaan jika ada perubahan peraturan dan kebijakan.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan pembinaan & konseling bagi karyawan yang membutuhkan, agar dapat mencapai prestasi kerja yang diharapkan, sesuai dengan kebutuhan teknik pembinaan & konseling.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan, mengevaluasi, dan mengembangkan sistem kompetensi karyawan untuk mencapai target tingkat kompetensi karyawan.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mensosialisasikan kebijakan perusahaan kepada karyawan.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree Psychology
- Have excellent knowledge of labor law and other related business law.
- Have excellent knowledge of compliance.
- Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written).
- Have experience to have meeting with union or employee council (Representative of employee) regarding salary, allowance, benefit and working environment
- Have experience to handle business licenses.
- Have experience to making strategy of salary base up, review allowance and update company regulation and so on.
- Have working experience at Japanese Manufacturing company as senior supervisor, Asst Manager or Manager more than 3 years.
- Willing to work in Karawang

<Keterampilan / Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan >
- Gelar Sarjana Psikologi
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat baik tentang hukum ketenagakerjaan dan hukum bisnis terkait lainnya.
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat baik tentang kepatuhan.
- Fasih berbahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan).
- Memiliki pengalaman melakukan pertemuan dengan serikat pekerja atau dewan karyawan (Perwakilan karyawan) terkait gaji, tunjangan, tunjangan dan lingkungan kerja
- Berpengalaman dalam mengurus perijinan usaha.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam membuat strategi kenaikan gaji, meninjau tunjangan dan memperbarui peraturan perusahaan dan sebagainya.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di perusahaan Manufaktur Jepang sebagai senior supervisor, Asst Manager atau Manager lebih dari 3 tahun.
