Job Description
- Lead and oversee the entire Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) team to ensure effective operations across all HR functions.
- Develop team capabilities and foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values and goals.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and Office Group policies.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Formulate mid-to-long-term HR strategies, including workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Support business growth through data-driven decision-making in hiring, development, and employee engagement.
- Provide strategic input on organizational structure and talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate hiring needs and training initiatives across departments.
- Report regularly to HQ Japan and ensure smooth communication with all teams.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・At least bachelor's degree
・Business level English
・More than 3 years experience as HR Head experience in Non-Manufacture sector
・Has strong experience in organizational and people development include hiring
・Stable career
