Job Description
- Conducting the recruitment process for SPG positions (screening, inviting candidates, administering tests).
-Providing OKB training (Orientation, Counseling, and Guidance) for new employees.
- Acting as a verbal translator during meetings between foreign and local parties.
- Coordinating with vendors for the application or renewal process of expatriate KITAS and VISAs.
- Issuing informal warnings via email/WhatsApp to employees who commit minor violations.
- Identifying and preparing office stationery (ATK) needs.
- Entering and archiving HR data.
- Inputting employee personal data into the HR system or master file (name, ID number, position, salary, etc.).
- Following up on inactive BPJS Health or Employment cards.
- Checking the completeness of daily, weekly, and monthly attendance records.
- Assisting in the compilation of attendance data for payroll and HR reporting purposes.
- Other HR tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・At least D3/S1 education degree
・Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 is a plus)
・At least 1 year experience in related field
・Willing to multitask and learn new things
・Proactive but respectful
・Can join ASAP
