Job Description

Operations Management:
-Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
-Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
-Oversee supply chain, production planning, inventory control, and logistics.
-Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Human Resources Leadership:
-Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
-Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
-Manage performance appraisal systems, succession planning, and organizational development.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
-Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
-Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

・Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field 
・Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations and HR leadership roles 
・Have 3-5  years of experience as director position in Japanese company or MNC company
・Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and multiple companies to driving operational excellence.
・Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and manufacturing processes.
・Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
・Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
・Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
