Job Description
- Develop organizational strategies by identifying human resources issues and establishing objectives aligned with the company's goals
- Oversee talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, and benefits
- Plan and implement employee training programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and ensure they align with performance indicators
- Manage labor relations, handle disputes, and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Handle risks related to human resources and the work environment, coordinating with other department heads
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and development plans
- Oversee general administrative functions, including office management and corporate security
- Plan and manage budgets for HR and general affairs activities2.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on HR and general affairs activities to senior management
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Have more than high conversational level English
- More than 5 years working experience as HRGA assistant manager or manager in Japanese logistics/forwarding company
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and experience in dealing with employment, resignation, termination, and non-compliance.
- High antenna for frequent and accurate revisions and quick access to information on revisions.
- Someone who can deal with VISA and immigration authorities.
- The ability to reduce the cost of the office, car, and BIK (experience).
