Job Description
1. Align HR initiatives with business strategy
2. Bridge employees and senior management
3. Enhance employee engagement and workplace environment
4. Act as a promoter and a messenger of company’s decision
5. Be an employee champion in terms of ethics
6. Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants; collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
7. Maintain and update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
8. Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
9. Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
10. Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Job Requirement
・Have good English skill (above high-conversation:for internal communication)
・Have HR manager experience more than 5years
・Have enough experience to design and improve the performance management system, promotion mechanism, review and update company regulations
・Have working experience in Japanese company
