Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct monthly facility inspections, including building and asset checks.
- Assist in managing company legal documentation and compliance (NIB, business licenses, forklift certifications, PJK3, etc.).
- Oversee waste management processes, including contracts, collection schedules, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate safety-related activities such as safety patrols, K3 implementation, and 5S/5R practices.
- Manage Kaizen Teian improvement initiatives, including proposal submission, documentation, reporting, and monthly recognition awards.
- Support quarterly production SIINAS Report.
- Collaborate with HR to support recruitment and employee training activities.
- Oversee IT services, including routine maintenance, email server management, NAS Synology, and internet configuration.
- Develop and monitor the implementation of annual work plans and monthly activity controls.
- Provide support for Japanese expatriates, including housing arrangements, contracts, entertainment, and hotel bookings.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with external contractors.
- Supervise GA team members including drivers, security staff, and office assistants.
- Plan and manage company events such as family gatherings, corporate dinners, and sports events.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with all levels of management.
- Handle various responsibilities related to General Affairs and HR functions as needed.

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelors degree in Psychology, Management or other related major
・Active English skill, preferably also has active Japanese skill
・Minimum 3 years of working experience as GA Leader in a Japanese Manufacturing company
・Resilient, able to work under pressure, and good communication skill
