Job Description
'1. Handle and manage all of HR functions including recruitment, development program, compensation and benefit, performance management, and employee relations
2. Develop and implement HR strategies with policies, procedures, and programs
3. Prepare strategic planning of HR functions and Management report
4. Make and update policies and supervises HR policy and compliance
5. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
6. Become a line manager for 8 store and 1 head office
