Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and preparedness
- Draft and manage financial reports, internal memos, presentations, and confidential documents with accuracy and professionalism
- Support communication and reporting with government bodies, especially finance related
- Assist in preparing and submitting documentation for audits, licensing, tax filings, and investment compliance in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule and organize internal finance and audit meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items, including those involving external consultants and regulators
- Facilitate communication between Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Affairs departments to support the executive’s strategic initiatives and ensure alignment
- Handle sensitive financial and strategic information with discretion, and support the executive in public engagements, regulatory hearings, and official correspondence
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related
・Business English proficiency (ability to professionally speak with Expats in high fluency and accuracy related to business matters)
・Min. 5 years of experience as Executive Secretary or Assistant, supporting C-level or Director level Finance or Legal executives or supporting C-level or Director in Finance industry, with experience in dealing with external stakeholders (i.e auditors, tax authorities, government)
・Not a job hopper (stay in one company for more than 3 years)
・Willing to do business trips domestic or abroad
・Has high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, good communication skill, good work ethics
