Job Description
- Assist Director of Business Development in internal communication Japanese-Indonesian or English for translation or interpretation
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Director.
-Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners professionally.
- Support the Director in tracking business development initiatives and follow-ups.
-Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
-Conduct basic research and compile data for strategic planning.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from Business Management or related fields
・Have min 3 years of experience as secretary/ interpreter in Japanese company
・Business level Japanese (N2) and English
・Well versed in Microsoft Office (words, excel, power point)
・Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills is required
