Job Description
-Manage company IT equipment and software contracts.
-Ensure IT security compliance and support troubleshooting.
-Provide Japanese interpretation for internal meetings and external client interactions.
-Accompany sales staff during client visits and assist with communication.
-Arrange logistics for executive activities (e.g., golf reservations, business dinners, company car scheduling).
-Support general administrative tasks and documentation.
-Assist sales team with data entry and reporting using Excel.
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Business level Japanese (above N2)
・Have working experience as back office staff or secretary or translator for more than 2-3 year in Japanese company
・High IT literacy and ability to work with various digital tools and systems
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
・Willing to handle several tasks
