Job Description
- Support Directors in meetings by interpreting and translating discussions with shareholders and other parties - Research relevant logistics licenses in Indonesia and Indonesian customs regulations - Gain a thorough understanding of each business operation - Ensure compliance with regulations and manage operational risks - Maintain internal controls and address audit recommendations and issues from external regulators - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree graduate - Min. business-level Japanese with JLPT N1 certification - Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, Interpreter, or in Corporate Planning, with experience reporting to Japanese expatriates - Tough personality, strong ability to work in fast-paced and highly dynamic environments
