<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct in-depth analysis of leasing packages, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition models
- Monitor and manage residual value assumptions, risk exposure, and profitability metrics across leasing products
- Track and assess competitor offerings, market dynamics, and regulatory shifts to provide actionable competitive intelligence
- Coordinate closely with finance, product, sales and risk teams to enhance value propositions and portfolio performance
- Develop financial and operational models to support leasing strategy, scenario planning and new product development
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Communicate to Business Partners, stakeholders, and other parties for business strategies and partnership
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 8 years of working experience as business consultant/analyst or commercial expert in the automotive industry, experienced in doing competition analysis, making pricing strategies and models, and coordinating with stakeholders, business partners and third parties
・Deep understanding of vehicle leasing economics (pricing, cost of funds, residual value setting, risk, etc.), financial modeling and business analysis, Indonesian automotive financing landscape, regulatory framework and consumer behavior
・Ability to use business analysis tools (power BI, Excel, or other related tools)
・Proactive, logical thinker, smart, good communication skills, fast paced, creative
