Job Description
Job Responsibilities –
1. Supporting Japanese patients to make appointment with doctors.
2. Attend hospitals with Japanese patients and lend support through interpretation.
3. Explain the prescriptions to the patients clearly and help them buy the medicines.
4. Help the Japanese natives claim cashless service by filling up the insurance forms.
5. Understand the operations of the hospital for smooth service to the clients.
6. Coordinate with team members and clients through mails in Japanese.
